Opera Medica is a 3 channel video installation revealing the haunting process of being reduced as a subject in need of correction or observation, a work object under constant scrutiny. This new project is the sublimation of my trauma inherent in my medicalization, which was viewed, manipulated, and often defined by clinical settings.

In this video I try to push back against the oppressive power dynamic and attempt to reclaim autonomy over my own transition and its social representation. For this reason I decided to perform with Gabriel Levy, with whom I created a solid communal space for experimentation and exploration of our identities.
